It is an inspection method that consists of obtaining thermal images of equipment and installations, which allows the detection and evaluation of possible defects or anomalies.
Thermography is a technique based on the fact that most of the components of a system show an increase in temperature during malfunction, known as ‘hot spots’. These hot spots can be indicative of problems such as: overloads, short circuits, leaks, wear, misalignment and mechanical failures.
